The Testing Saves Lives Project (TSL) is a global prostate cancer initiative founded by author and survivor R. J. Windham. This Non-Governmental Organization seeks to go beyond the testing and diagnosis of prostate cancer and fund its small team of Doctors who will perform lifesaving procedures in Zimbabwe, Africa.

Why begin this project with a landlocked East African country? According to the National Institute of Health and the World Cancer Research Fund International, Zimbabwe has the highest death rates anywhere in the world from prostate cancer. After setting up and funding the team in Zimbabwe, Africa, the TSL Project sets its sight on the next country on the list until they have put in place a small team of Doctors in all ten countries with the highest mortality rates from prostate cancer.
